การอธิษฐานเป็นการสร้างอธิษฐานบารมี ตั้งความปรารถนามุ่งผลอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเพื่อตนเอง ส่วนการกรวดน้ำเป็นอาหารแสดงการอุทิศส่วนกุศลให้ผู้อื่น ถ้าให้แก่คนที่อายุน้อยกว่าเรา ก็เป็นลักษณะของ เมตตาบารมี ถ้าให้กับผู้ที่เป้นผู้ใหญ่กว่าเรา มีพระคุณแก่เรา นั่นเป็นการแสดงกตัญญูกตเวที

The Meaning of a True Friend

In fact, such a definition is only a small part of a much wider scope of meaning covered by the word ‘friend’
