การไปร่วมสัมมนาครั้งนี้ สืบเนื่องมาจากการที่สถาบันวิจัยนานาชาติธรรมชัยได้ร่วมลงนามทำสัญญาความร่วมมือ (MOU) กับทางวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่านฯ เฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ และจากการลงนาม MOU นี้ ทำให้เรามีกิจกรรมร่วมกันหลาย โครงการแต่เน่อื งจากผู้เขียนยังนำเสนอบทความเส้นทางเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาไม่สิ้นสุด จึงจะขอนำเสนอผลงานที่เกิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือของทั้ง ๒ ฝ่ายในอนาคต ในโอกาสนี้ขอเสนอบทความต่อจากฉบับที่แล้ว ดังนี้
