ลูกได้นั่งสมาธิโดยเริ่มจากการนึกดวงแก้วอยู่ที่กลางท้อง และวางใจเบาๆไว้ที่กลางดวงแก้ว ไม่คิดอะไร เมื่อวางใจเบาๆที่กลางท้องไปเรื่อยๆ ลูกก็ได้รู้จักกับคำว่า ตกศูนย์ รู้สึกว่าเราโดนดูดวูบที่กลางท้องค่ะ แล้วเหมือนตัวเราโดนบีบลงไปในท่อเล็กๆที่ยาวมาก จนเหมือนจะไม่มีจุดสิ้นสุด
